关于屋主：

作为崭露锋芒的90后自媒体创业精英，屋主外形俊朗气场出众，性格爽朗通透，谈吐随性大方，自带松弛自在的新锐格局。历经事业淬炼，他拥有独属于年轻成功者的通透判断力，审美不随波逐流，始终以极简高级、忠于自我为生活准则，追求兼具质感与情绪感的居住私域。

偏爱独处静谧，也享受知己欢聚的松弛社交。他钟情暗金雅致配色，偏爱纯粹干净的色彩饱和度，偏爱氛围感居家场景；热衷沉浸式游戏，亦奔赴滑雪、陆冲等极限运动，在动静之间平衡生活节奏，消解日常压力。

内心留存专属热爱，珍藏球鞋与手办，渴望居所拥有专属展示空间，收纳个人情怀。为适配好友小聚，摒弃笨重刻板的酒窖形式，偏爱简约通透、实用性兼备的酒柜，低调契合社交氛围。

在居住空间上，他拒绝刻意生硬的空间隔断，尤其苛求主卧的开阔通透感。秉持留白极简的设计理念，追求空间流畅舒展，让建筑质感贴合自身随性利落的生活态度，打造适配当代年轻创富者的理想居所。

为此，设计师王盈盈对屋主的理解与感知：

设计师王盈盈始终认为，居所从不是冰冷材质的功能堆砌，而是居者精神形态的具象投射。透过屋主多元且独立的生活方式，我们洞悉到当代年轻创富者隐匿的双重内核：既要独处时的精神自留地，用以安放热爱、消解喧嚣；亦需适度松弛的社交场域，承载知己间的惬意欢聚。因此本次设计摒弃固化的设计模板，不刻意割裂空间、不冗余堆砌装饰。无论是通透克制的储酒形制、专属藏品的展示尺度，还是无界舒展的休憩空间、氛围感沉浸式场景打造，皆是贴合他生活节奏的定制化表达。设计的本质是人文关照，我们以空间为载体，尊重他动静兼容的生活态度，用留白与质感平衡功能与情绪，让空间适配人、治愈人，在方寸私邸之内，成全他自在松弛、忠于自我的生活本态。

最后，设计师王盈盈重新做了平面规划：1、原客厅空间缺乏开放式吧台设计，难以满足 “朋友聚会 + 实用酒柜” 的场景需求，需打破边界增强互动性。2、主卧空间原始储物空间设计不足，无法承载大量藏品展示与收纳，在改造中结合墙面、柜体一体化设计补充功能。取消不合理隔断，与 “反感刻意分割” 的诉求冲突，通过优化非承重墙体来释放尺度。
3、原空间功能分区模糊，未预留专门的电竞区、球鞋手办展示区，通过拆改墙体、重组空间来划分出专属场域。

从入户玄关的过渡留白开始，仪式感缓缓递进，一步踏入豁然开朗的客餐厨一体化核心公区。

Starting from the transitional blank space at the entrance foyer, the sense of ceremony gradually intensifies. As you step in, you will find yourself in an open and spacious core public area that integrates the living room, dining room and kitchen.

整个开放公域打破生硬隔断，将通透客厅、私域餐厅、观景酒吧区、专属雪茄休闲区串联成完整洄游动线，放大空间横向社交张力，既能承载亲友欢聚的热闹社交，也预留了独处静思的松弛角落，实现多元场景无缝切换。

The entire open public area breaks through the rigid partitions, connecting the transparent living room, private dining area, viewing bar area, and exclusive cigar lounge area into a continuous circulation path, amplifying the horizontal social tension of the space. It can not only accommodate the lively social gatherings of friends and relatives, but also reserves a relaxed corner for solitary contemplation, achieving seamless switching of various scenarios.

设计从来不止是空间格局的改造，更是屋主专属的生活翻译器—— 精准读懂屋主对高效秩序、高级质感与松弛生活的复合需求，将抽象的生活期许，落地为每一处可触摸、可感知的真实日常场景。

Design is not merely about the transformation of spatial layout; it is also a personalized "life translator" for the homeowner - precisely interpreting the homeowner's complex demands for efficient order, high-end texture, and relaxed living. It turns abstract life aspirations into tangible, touchable, and perceptible real-life scenarios in every detail.

空间以深棕温润木饰面、墨黑高定亮面石材铺陈基底，筑就沉稳克制的「理性铠甲」；软装之上，用热烈跳脱的抱枕正红、复古浓郁的墨绿、复古鎏金的艺术灯具做层次撞色，恰到好处点亮空间，袒露屋主专属的「感性软肋」。

The space is laid out with deep brown warm wood veneer and dark black high-end glossy stone as the base, creating a stable and restrained "rational armor". On top of the soft furnishings, bold and contrasting throw pillows in bright red, rich and vintage dark green, and retro-golden art lamps are used for layering color contrasts, which appropriately illuminate the space and reveal the owner's exclusive "emotional vulnerability".

客厅里弧形吊顶勾勒优雅柔和的天际线条，模块组合沙发、艺术单椅错落排布；餐厅定制岛台餐桌一体设计，搭配氛围感艺术吊灯，适配家宴与日常简餐；转角吧台与雪茄休闲区，串联起微醺会客、品质慢享的专属功能。

The curved ceiling in the living room delineates elegant and gentle lines of the sky. Modular combination sofas and artistic single chairs are arranged in a scattered manner. The dining room features an integrated design of a custom island table and dining set, complemented by an atmosphere-enhancing artistic chandelier, suitable for family dinners and daily simple meals. The corner bar and cigar lounge area connect the exclusive functions of relaxed gatherings and quality leisure time.

每一道利落弧线、每一件考究甄选的软装家具、每一缕明暗交织的层次灯光，都精准回应生活本身，让理性的秩序与感性的浪漫彼此交融，最终在此，书写属于屋主独一份的生活最优解。

Every neat arc line, every carefully selected soft furnishing piece, and every layer of light with interwoven shades, all precisely respond to life itself, allowing rational order and emotional romance to blend with each other. Ultimately, here, a unique optimal solution for the homeowner's life is written.

主卧延续整体现代重奢的设计叙事，空间以大面积深棕木质与沉静暗调构筑沉稳基底，将外界喧嚣全然隔绝，化作包裹身心的温柔「理性铠甲」。弧形吊顶柔化建筑棱角，流淌出温润舒缓的韵律；整面落地窗引入满室自然光，纱帘滤去浮躁光影，让昼夜之间的氛围感随心流转。

The master bedroom continues the overall modern and luxurious design narrative. The space is constructed with a large area of dark brown wood and a calm, muted tone, forming a stable base that completely isolates the outside noise, transforming into a gentle "rational armor" that wraps around the body and mind. The curved ceiling softens the edges of the building, flowing out a gentle and soothing rhythm; the entire floor-to-ceiling window lets in abundant natural light, and the curtains filter out the chaotic light and shadows, allowing the atmosphere between day and night to flow freely as desired.

空间功能兼顾休憩、独处与轻办公多重需求，大床居中围合出安稳睡眠核心区，床头大理石艺术饰边点缀细节质感；一侧预留慵懒休闲角，暖橘艺术单椅搭配极简小圆几，打造睡前阅读、静享独处的松弛角落；定制弧形柜体兼顾收纳与美学，利落线条暗藏秩序感，将日常杂物妥帖藏纳。

没有过度的装饰堆砌，每一处弧度、每一件家具、每一寸光影的排布，都是为屋主量身定制的情绪缓冲带。白日在外奔赴喧嚣，入夜于此卸下所有身份与疲惫，在克制高级的质感包裹里，拥抱全然松弛、只属于自己的宁静与自在。

The space functions to meet the needs of relaxation, solitude and light office in one. The large bed is centered to form a stable sleep area. The marble artistic trim on the bedhead adds to the texture of the details. On one side, a lazy leisure corner is reserved. The warm orange artistic single chair is paired with a minimalist small round table, creating a relaxed corner for bedtime reading and enjoying solitude. The custom curved cabinet combines functionality with aesthetics. The neat lines conceal a sense of order, and neatly stores daily items.

There is no excessive decoration. Every curve, every piece of furniture, and every arrangement of light and shadow is a tailor-made emotional buffer zone for the homeowner. During the day, they rush through the hustle and bustle outside, and at night, they come here to卸下 all identities and fatigue. In the restrained and elegant texture， they embrace total relaxation， only belonging to their own tranquility and freedom.

次卧以低饱和大地色系为空间主调。浅棕柔和墙面、深棕质感家具与原木温润地板自然相融，褪去凌厉厚重，铺就一室安宁静谧的休憩氛围，安抚身心、消解浮躁。

The second bedroom adopts a low-saturated earthy color scheme as the main tone of the space. The soft light brown walls, the deep brown textured furniture, and the warm wooden floor blend naturally together, eliminating the harshness and heaviness, creating a peaceful and serene resting atmosphere throughout the room, soothing the mind and calming the restlessness.

布局兼顾实用美学与生活巧思，靠窗引入满室柔光，顺势打造松弛阅读角；床头精致边几贴心适配日常置物，一体化隐入墙面的收纳柜体，利落扩容、延展通透感。休憩、收纳、闲坐观景的功能在此和谐平衡，于简约克制的设计之中，满溢恰到好处的人居温度，成就舒适自在的专属休憩一隅。

The layout takes into account both practical aesthetics and ingenious living touches. The window allows soft light to flood the entire room, creating a relaxed reading corner. The exquisite side table by the bed is carefully designed to accommodate daily items. The integrated storage cabinet hidden in the wall provides ample space, expanding and enhancing the sense of openness. The functions of relaxation, storage, and casual viewing are harmoniously balanced here. Within the minimalist and restrained design, it exudes just the right amount of living warmth, creating a comfortable and cozy exclusive resting area.

电竞房以黑色为主色调打底，营造沉稳、神秘氛围，搭配渐变幻彩灯光，像展示柜的粉紫渐变、桌面设备的氛围光，让空间既有科技感又具艺术张力，打破传统电竞房单一色调局限。

The e-sports room is dominated by black as the base color, creating a calm and mysterious atmosphere. It is complemented by gradually changing colored lights, such as the pink and purple gradient of display cabinets and the ambient light of desktop devices, making the space both tech-sense and artistic, breaking the traditional single-color limitation of e-sports rooms.

洞洞板墙面用于收纳滑雪装备，既实用又具工业风美感；皮质沙发、金属质感摆件等材质混搭，在硬朗科技感中融入复古、精致元素，丰富视觉层次，这些细节让空间独特且有温度。

The pegboard wall is used for storing skiing equipment, which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing in an industrial style. The combination of materials such as leather sofas and metal-textured ornaments integrates retro and exquisite elements into the tough technological feel, enriching the visual layers. These details make the space unique and warm.
